Camomile tea is an excellent tonic to combat stress. It brings on a feeling of relaxation and is wonderful in aiding sleep. You may drink it any time of the day or night when you feel the need to relax and slow down a bit.
I drink chamomile tea and love it! I started drinking it as a child. Not because I couldn't sleep or for anxiety, it was just something my mother and grandmother used to drink. I drink it with honey, just to give it some sweetness. Its my favorite herbal tea!
