Does Getting Paid to loss weight really work?
Would you lose weight if you were being paid not to eat that tasty donuts and other junk foods that you are really used to?
It's always cool to get paid for what you want to do anyway.
I don't know but I would sure be up for trying it out. I think temporarily I could pass those things up if I knew the money was worth it in the long run and could help my family.
In my experience as a nutritionist and personal trainer, I think incentives do help with some people. However, for most, it does not as I have offered big cash prizes to clients. Unfortunately, overweight people have to find the motivation within themselves to make it a lasting benefit.
