Same as dealing with difficult people in real life... limit my contact with 'em. Of course, in social media settings you also have the option of deleting them, which is always a bit of sadistic fun. ("Buh-BYE *pushes button*")
I guess since it is something I can step away from, I refuse to have difficult people in my social media life. I will not have them as a part of my online experience. If that doesn't work, I can step away from Facebook at any time and my life would probably be better if I did.
