What do you prefer for Weight Loss and Fat Burn ?
Which type of exercise you prefer and find effective for Fat Burn and Weight Loss.
1. Manual Machines
2. Cardio
3. Aerobics
4. Some Other
Bike riding. It's the method that it easiest for me. You get to see nature, go faster than walking so you feel you are actually doing something, etc. After one five mile bike ride, you can feel the difference. Your muscles are stronger, your mind is at ease, your body is sleepy. Then is the perfect time for a day nap. I always feel so refreshed afterwards.
I prefer a combination of cardio (which is aerobics) and weight training (anaerobics) for fat loss. The body adapts to cardio fairly quickly which means you will have to do more to burn the same amount as the days go on. Besides, lean muscle mass can be lost if there is no resistance applied (such as with biking or sprinting).
