    I'm sorry. I've been there and it is painful. It is a grieving process and you need to move through it as you would for any other loss.  Talk about it when you're ready, perhaps find forums or support groups online for women who have dealt with it, particularly if you have fears of future miscarriages or any health concerns. There are some things that only time can truly heal.

      Sorry to hear. But be brave. It happens. My daughter had a miscarriage & today she is a mother of a bonny 3 month old baby girl. Eat good diet & when you get pregnant again, don't stay hungry for too long. Be positive. Don't
