Hi its 1o'clock and I can't sleep I literally tried everything milk music silence everything help me
I really need help I have ADHD which makes it more frustrating and I really can't even close my eyes it's so annoying
I had a similar problem to you a while ago, I found something called beditation really helpful - look it up there are plenty of courses. At first it will all sound like a load of bull, and I was very doubtful at first, but persevere, it worked for me.
Melatonin 5-10mg at bedtime. Works wonders in most cases. The usual prescribed amount is 3mg. Also krill oil has been found to be very helpful with adhd, specifically dha. hope it helps
