Raw Honey & Cinnamon Hype?
I know the benefits of raw honey & the benefits of cinnamon but I have been reading, when combined, they cause weight loss. I know raw honey can regulate blood sugar, thus causing some weight loss or at least keep one from gaining weight as easily. My question is, has anyone ever tried the combination of both and seen actual weight loss just from simply eating/drinking them?
I'd be very skeptical. It can be a PART of a weight loss program, but there is no single thing that will be your entire weight loss program. These one-hit wonders is just marketing and not based on any nutritional facts.
