What are some good natural remedies for morning sickness during pregnancy?
My aunt is about 1 n half months pregnant and she's suffering from morning sickness every day. Do you know some good natural remedies that actually work?
I dont' know any natural remedies. It is better not to consume any herbs which you are not familiar with at this time.
It is better if she limits the intake of fluids early in the morning. She can start with eating a handful of puffed rice or two biscuits.
Avoid strong smells.
As the day advances she will feel better and she can increase the fluid intake.
