What can I do if my new prescription glasses are worse than the old ones?

I paid with insurance and can't get new glasses again for a specific amount of time, so what do I do?

If you saw a local doctor go back with the glasses. I have had to do this. They ordered me glasses and I told them I can't see a thing with them. The doc looked at my eyes again and said my eyes had changed from the time the glasses were ordered and when I picked them up....REALLY??? I am sure that was not the case but I had them redo them.

If ordered online, contact the customer service dept. or email them right away. They want to make you happy so you come back again.

Eric....REGARDLESS of the method of payment......your glasses were PAID for.  Get yourself right back to the Dr, Eye Clinic or whatever....where you were examined and received your prescription, had your glasses made, etc....and simply tell them in no uncertain terms that they have NOT corrected your vision.  Insurance or not....any reputable business would not and should not expect you to wear "useless" prescription glasses, due to Insurance company rules and regulations!   Go back there...TODAY!
