What are some tips for combating caffeine withdrawal (besides taking caffeine)?
As simple as it sounds, treat the symptoms. The most common I've seen are headaches so take aspirin or other pain reliever.
Withdrawal is related to anxiety so, valerian root is a good option. B-100 is also a suggestion because it can help irritability.

Is there something in coffee or tea besides caffeine to make you jittery?Even when I drink decaf, I still feel jittery. Is there something other than caffeine that causes this? Or is it that they simply just can not remove ALL of the caffeine?
