Many things can cause itching. Dry skin usually is the problem this time of year so use lotions often. If you are allergic to something this will also make you itch. Are you using different medications or soaps? Antihistamines and anti-itch creams are often recommended by health care professionals. Insect bites or contact with certain plants like poison ivy are itchy. The same remedy may work for that. My husband has edema (fluid around ankes and other places) sometimes. When he has this problem it sometimes makes him itch. Call your doctor if it does not stop.
