Kidney trouble is mainly caused by excessive sugar in blood, a case of diabetes. Food control with minimum fat and sugar, aerobic exercises, etc. will be helpful.
There are many causes of kidney problem, try to do the following instruction because kidney disease has no cure but can only be prevented.
1. Control your blood pressure
2. Tell your doctor if there is any family history of kidney problem
3.Check any changes in your urine and alert your doctor on time
4. Drink lots of water.
5. And preferably do lots of aerobics exercise
Stay away from high carbohydrates that have sugar or starch.
Fiber as a form is carbohydrate is alright and good for you. But avoid all other carbohydrates. Eat meats, leafy vegetables, mushrooms, cucumbers and other low sugar vegetables.
Avoid natural fruit juices.
Keep your body fat level low. This too can be achieved with low carbohydrate diet. Consumption of fatty food does not make you fat, however consumption of high carbohydrates like sugar will make you fat and then cause insulin resistance and diabetes which can eventually destroy you kidneys and other organs.
Reduce your salt intake
Cut out meat and poultry
Drink tons of water......................
Prevention is the key...
A healthy diet, Exercise, thoughts. What that means is stay far away from sugar, soda pop, drugs (there are exceptions with prescription ones), and limit red meat...DRINK A LOT OF WATER TO KEEP THE BODY FLUIDS FLOWING!
