The oldest exercise for this is to walking around balancing a book on your head. I think some yoga positions are known to work exceptional well. I have a co-worker who does them all the time and she has a good posture. Apparently, if you have good posture even your food will digest better.
Body weight exercises and yoga will help to improve your posture. They improved my posture. You want exercises that work your back and abs. When you are not exercising pay attention to how you are sitting or standing. Don't slouch.
Consider corrective posture exercises based on yoga techniques and poses as it helps improve your posture. You also need to focus on exercises that will strengthen your back, core and shoulder since these are the essential muscles that can give you that perfect posture.

I want to contact local business owners in Menomonie, Wisconsin and brainstorm ways to improve the local economy. Does anyone have any suggestions? Keep in mind that it's a college town and has about 14,000 residents during the school year.
