My Sleeping routine is totally disturbed..
idk how to comeback to my normal routine?
If your staying up really late because you can't sleep, & struggling to get up early the next day try the following: Stay awake all night & all the next day, fight the tiredness then go to bed at a reasonable time..Set all the alarm clocks that you can, & when they go off in the morning tell yourself the following: Unless i get up now & fight the feelings of tiredness, i know i won't be able to sleep tonight & the cycle will continue..Then try to do something fun to real tire yourself out, & force yourself up earlier than usual every morning until you start getting up "before" your alarms go off..Then you can fine tune your bedtime, & wake up time. :-)
Well good luck with it mate, & you will probably have to try it a few times before it works..Tire yourself out by doing things you love & never be tempted to stay up too late no matter what, because you know what will happen if you do. :-)

I suppose many people do this. Sometimes before I go to sleep I feel a little hungry so I eat a few biscuits or cookies. Is that bad, or will it cause weight gain? Maybe it's because I have higher than normal metabolism?
