Absolutely! I think it is a great organization representing a great cause.
Yes. It is one of the best and lasting charitable organizations that I know. All because of one woman's love for her sister.
I actually do not support the Susan G Komen Foundation. I give to several charities, but not this one.
I don't like the way they have sued so many other charities for use of the word "cure". Breast cancer is a terrible disease, but by no means the only disease that needs a cure. I don't like charities that attack other charities causing donated money to go to lawyers instead of their mission.
I also don't like way in which they have commercialized the disease. Awareness is one thing, but I feel they are making you more aware of the Susan G Komen Foundation than the risk factors and prevention tips of breast cancer.
Just my opinion.
