Is it necessary to fill your tummy for a good health?
Some people say that eating 3 times a day with good and heavy diet will keep you in good in health however some say that just having enough calories would be sufficient to keep you fit and alive
Ideally, when your feeling of hunger passes, then you're done eating. However, a lot of modern junk foods are specifically designed to NOT make you feel full, thus making you eat more of their product. If one is eating healthy (like whole organic, plant-based food), then they can safely eat until they are full without worrying about it having a negative impact on their body.
