How to leave alcohol..??
I am living in Israel and working as caregiver 24 hour.. here I am alone and no day off at all... and I have problem I am an alcoholic and I want to leave alcohol permanently... what to do..??
find an alcoholics anonymous in Israel, or get an addiction counsellor.
but my suggestion for you is throw away all of your alcohol, do not go into the bars, and stay away those people who encourage you to drink.
maybe you can drink something else instead of alcohol, like coffee or milk.
you might experience withdraw symptoms when you try to leave alcohol, like frustration, nausea, headache and stuffs, don't worry, fight it with your will, and ask your friends to help you.
if you want to get helped in hub page here, I can talk to about your issues, my first question to you is
when did you started drinking alcohol? and why? and what makes you think you are a alcoholic?
i started before when i come to israel., since 2010... in begining it was just for fun but because of job condition ( working as caregiver 24 hours) going so crazy..!! starting taking alcohol everyday.... yesterday it was very heavy stock for me that
