What kinds of things are good to help stay awake?
Ideally safe things.
1. Drink more mineral water frequently , if you are at home
2. while driving use a chewing gum
3. in hot weather use mineral water added salt ( just 1 mg for 1 ltr aprox)
i drank coffee, tea , took a cold bath that perk me up and busy myself with writing articles, that keep me from sleepy
