Do you believe abs exercise is effective even without fasting or dieting?
Many have thought so like doing hip hop abs but some of my friends stay the same. Funny though.
Ab exercises work great to build the abs. But if you have too much belly fat or a beer belly, the ab muscles are hidden behind the fat and you can't see them. To see the muscles, you have to also diet in order to lose the fat in order to see the new muscles.
Yes, just about any kind of exercise will have some health benefits. Of course the amount of benefits you receive will depend on a variety of factors include 1)Whether you are dieting or not, 2)The intensity of the exercise, 3)the quantity and frequency of the exercise, and 4) the type of exercise.
