    Can a person actually loose 10 kgs in a week  following haris diet

    haris hub has a diet chart and I want to lose 20 kgs a month so please help

    there are 3500 calories in a pound or about half a kg. an average person eats 2000 cals per day. to lose 1/2 kg per day, one would have to cut his calories by 3500. so that's approximately eating nothing and walking or running 15 miles every day. with all that, one would only lose 3.5 kg. per week. it is impossible to lose more than 5 kg per month healthily unless under a doctor's close supervision. it's likely impossible under any circumstances to lose 20 kgs. per month.

    Honestly, even they could, they shouldn't. In the long run it's a terrible idea: the more abruptly you lose weight, the more likely it is to start coming back once you're off diet. And that's not even touching all the damage it can do to your body!

    I also agree with cathylynn99 what she said. This weight loss is dangerous to human health average. And I have also contentment that what you get will also quickly lose quickly
