I am afraid so. If I am tired, stressed, or depressed I tend to eat anything and everything in sight. I really gravitate to foods loaded with fat and carbs.
No, but I definitely crave food more in colder months! I can't stop eating this winter! In summer I'm fine with fruits and salads but in winter I practically eat my cupboards bare!
