What to do to make you sleep faster?
Some of the people cannot sleep faster and remains up on bed.If you want to sleep faster there are somethings to consider.
Electronics: Turn off the electronics 'cause it may distract you.
Temperature: Raising the temperature of skin can make you sleep faster, take a hot bath or shower 30 min. before going to bed.
Environment: The cooler the temperature the more your sleep gets faster. Hot skin and cool environment is a perfect combination.
Read: Read a book.
Position: It is said that sleeping on your right side can make you comfier and sleepier.
Avoid tight or uncomfortable clothes.
Jog or walk for an hour early in the morning, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, avoid caffeinated drinks like tea and coffee at least 6 hours before you go to sleep and do not sleep too late in the night. Drink a glass of milk before you go to bed.
