    the muscle cramp, either you sit crossed leg or pressed your leg onto something like chair or floor for too long.

    That is what I called leg is sleeping

    It is due to lack of blood circulation. It can be due to keeping the foot motionless for a long time or because of folding or pressurising of legs too tightly thereby hindering circulation of the blood.
