Have had chills, sweats and pains on my gut on and off for a couple of years.
I'm on strattera, cipralex and amlopodene (?) for high BP. I also had a blood infection two years ago that led to an abcess in my spine. It took nearly a year to get over that, but still have the flu like symptoms. My diet isn't heat and I'm overweight. Could that be the cause of the chills and sweats?
If it is lasting this long, you need to see a different doctor than the one you've had.
If the pain/fever is new, go to the ER - it could be appendicitis.
This is the sort of thing you should be asking a health professional, not random strangers on a site devoted to amateur writers.
