Yes I do, but in different style. Muslims are asked to do sholat at least five times in a day in their daily life ( http://hubpages.com/religion-philosophy … MIC-PERSON ). Doing sholat is beyond meditation for muslims. In doing sholat, we have to clear our mind from all things that happen in our live; in doing sholat, we have to focus our mind to the exist of Allah, the Ruler of the universe; and in doing sholat, we have to put ourselves in His Power. That, a Muslim who can do his sholat well, they will live in peace for all of his life...! he only takes for a granted all things coming to his life. He never cares whether he stays alive or dead. Both of them are good for them...!
I use to a while back it definitely is a way to relieve yourself of stress.

What is the best way to "live in the now"?I often hear about this as a means of de-stressing and improving the quality of one's life, but I often find it hard to do. My OCD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder don't help either. If you are able to, what's your secret?

How do you control obbessive thinking? Yes there are meds that help. Of course meditation, diet, and excerise....but that seems all to apparent to me. I have tried all of them and sometimes they help but really I think its doing what you LOVE. Lately I've taken up crafting and it keeps my mind busy...

How do you keep balance in your life? With so many responsibilities and commitments and increasingly hectic lifestyles, it seems hard to keep it all in balance, without toppling over. What are the keys to a balanced lifestyle? How much "me time" is enough in a day for you?

It's your last day on earth. What do you regret not doing?A survey was carried out in my region of Australia which asked elderly people if they had any regrets. The theme that came through most strongly was: " I wish I'd taken more risks."Fast forward to age 95 and forecast your answer.

Is religion a philosophy or a way of life?
