Severe pain in back and side
Something popped at work. Can't get any relief. Hurts when I breathe in. Drag over 3000 sheets of drywall a day. Can't not go to work. Help....
have a compression of hot water bag
apply muscle pain oils or liniment and massage slowly to the area and again have a hot water bag compression (twice or thrice in a day)
don't put any stress and dont pick any heavy objects for few days
try for two days if no effect
please see the doctor at earliest
get well soon
