What will you do when you close your eyes and found the broken part of 'you' no wishes, no dreams??
All of us come across the situation where we loose hope and find the life as hell. You don't enjoy your daily activities instead you lie at the corner and think about how endless is your problem. The craziest part of you turns into a tired body now.
Its not a problem of one or two but everyone come through this condition. Visiting a doctor or consulting your seniors are temporary solution to this, instead you need to develop a strong heart-box where you store all your wrong and weak thoughts and take your strongest part out of the box and explore. The question is, HOW?
Speak with a therapist. Therapy is not a temporary solution. It can help you resolve buried issues and trauma. A therapist can help you develop strategies for dealing with your feelings of depression. They may suggest medication. You're not alone.
