Wondering The best way to get disability in south carolina ?
Been trying since 1999 now im 41 Ive read to keep everything documented and with me and copys working on all that now . I do think I have a great lawyer I have had one hearing with a judge on prompter . everything sounded good voc guy sitting at table with judge said NO thier were No jobs I could work !! They STILL sent me a denial letter telling me they understood I couldent go to work but I can lay in my bed and work off my laptop !! I actually HAVE looked for these types of jobs and its a joke !! Mostly spam and surveys NO REAL MONEY TO BE MADE NEED ALL HELP I CAN GET
You do not have a qualifying disability. It is difficult for people in the gray area because the system is currently under siege with fraudulent applications by malingerers and their retched attorneys.
As a defense mechanism, the State establishes rigid definable qualifications. If you meet these standards your case is processed quickly. If not then you fall in the gray area where the State defers to Judges for interpretations based on ever changing guidelines.
With 2 initial denials from the State you can hire an attorney and seek a judgement. This process should only take 2 years if done properly.
The are a number of "Ifs" in this equation. Among them the most significant is medical verification.
It sounds like you are doing everything right. I cant imagine why approval and denials are taking this long.
