yes green tea helps boost your metabolism, but there are no miracles or shortcuts on the road to weight loss. it all comes down to calories IN vs calories OUT. you need to eat less and exercise more.
How would I know Jelly belly? I think it doesn't because once I went to this japanese place and we had green tea and it tasted really bitter!
