      Good luck!

How many cigarettes did you usually smoke a day? How long have you smoked?

These are just as addictive but would be much better considering your lungs. The minis are better than the big horse pills. Too much paraffin. It will give your lungs a chance to heal some. You will feel better. More than enough nicotine to handle any craving. They got me off cigarettes.

It also helped me to get rid of anything to remind me of smoking. Ashtrays, lighters and anything and everything else.

I'm working with these now.  Seems that it might work.  Or not.

That's awesome! I tried quitting many times and even beat them for a week or months even. Then something would happen, like a flat tire on the way to work or have to shell out  a 1000 bux for something. Some event like that and I'd buy a pack.

Tried patches and vaping etc. Then I found those 4mg minis and figured it wouldn't work. But was driving home from a bad day at the office and popped a couple of them. I had to pull over on the highway because I got spun out on the nicotine. I felt at that moment the last thing I even wanted was a cigarette. I got my sense of smell back after a year. Cigarettes smell horrible. People that don't smoke and mention the smell of cigarettes are being polite. Its much worse than I thought.

It helped me to drastically limit my caffeine when quitting too.

My son is also a smoker. Maybe a pack a day for more than 10 years. He is not quitting even though I tell him every alternate day to get rid of the habit step-by-step. Even I wrote an article here on HubPages and also on my blog regarding the dangers of smoking, requesting him to read those ones. He says he reduced the dose from previous some months. But, I am not sure whether it is so.
