Been having panic attacks for the past week due to stress at work. I' ve been more positive and started to meditate and it is working. Just curious to know who else has gone through this and what do you do?
Whenever I have panic attacks at work, it usually stems from me hating the job I have and being unable to change illogical processes that the company forces you to adhere to. The last job I hated I found myself atop the roof, looking down at the inviting ground, and smoking a cigarette as I contemplated jumping.
My life is generally great; people say I'm attractive, charming, funny, and one of the hardest workers they know. I often best myself and everything I do every time I do something. I don't even have to try very hard to not have panic attacks at all, and nothing I do makes them go away when I hate a job.
To stop panic attacks, I quit any job that causes them because the root of the panic attack is the abusive or otherwise nonsensical job itself. There's always better, healthier ways to make money and there's an abundance of jobs out there.
I don't suggest this method to anyone else, it doesn't work for most.
