Losing Weight too fast (I lost almost 400lbs)

   How fast did you want to lose weight? I know most all people want to lose weight over night!  Wrong answer see you didn't put it on over night and your not taking it off either like that! I struggle so much of my life with weight and until you really want it, your just going to do the famous Yo Yo  diets! So it took me about 3yrs to lose the weight, but I though it was going to be hard to lose weight but it's harder to just stay at a weight that is manangable. See at my highest weight of 591lbs it was so terrible and now at 220lbs and I'm a Certified Fitness Trainer as well. Who in their right mind would ever think this could happen? See wonderful things do happen!! What do you think??? Tell me your story! Look me up on Face Book and add me as your friend and I can tell you the rest of the story!

      I still think people should go and do a 4 mile run 5 times a week and drink plenty of water and eat good old fashion home made food ...and you see the pounds drop off fast and easily ....
      I mean that's what I did and I lost a stone in 3 weeks plus the best thing I looked toned!
      
      my friends just use diets but they look unhealthy thin
      
      also a detox does the body good ..the best way is a colon cleanse I did it via a colonic irrigation ..the best thing ever.

         yeah, now i'm a fan of 5ktea. i bought some pu er tea to lose weight. it really does work. i have lost 3 pounds in just 3 weeks. so you can try it^_^

   Well, if you're alive and a fitness trainer apparently it wasn't too fast.  Great job, by the way. 
   
   Most "experts" recommend 2 lbs per week though.  Use your own judgment on that one.
   
   For a reference of too fast, once I lost like 20 lbs in 3 weeks naturally and started feeling dizzy from time to time (I wasn't fasting).
