Interesting article, John. Thanks for sharing.
I'm barefooted all the time. The only time I wear shoes is when I'm at work or running errands. Maybe the fact that I've been barefooted pretty much all of my life has helped build my strong immune system.
This is a pretty interesting article.
I used to walk barefoot all the time but that's been a day or two. Lol!
Probably quite a few years...umless you count the time my shoes came off walking in the sand by the ocean.
I suppose people from long ago were more in touch with the Earth.
Definitely worth a try when the temperature goes back up.
Right now we're in the thirties and waiting on those first snowflakes of the season.
Possibly Shauna, I am mostly barefoot when at home and in the yard too
This is an excellent article. Mother Earth is a very big body and it can receive all sorts of electrical currents which eventually reach it from various sources and human body is definitely one of them. It is a scientific fact that when we don't wear shoes then the tiny currents which are produced in our body or which we acquire through contacts here and there will very easily pass to the ground and dissipate there. In turn we would be gaining some electrons or getting rid of harmful positive charges. The article has brought out these things in a very nice manner and the author has presented it very well.
I played with earthing while living in a forest for 8 years. Known as "The Crazy Lady Who Hugged Trees," I often walked barefoot, pine needles and all. I'm a believer!
It is always good to meet other believers, Audrey. Good for you.
