        Hi Rosina,
We all, including me, love setting new year goals. But to follow it through out the year is tough. So I have started setting small achievable goals this time, and am hoping to follow it through. Thanks for the uplifting comments, have a blessed time ahead.

Wonderful words of advice, words which should be internalized and acted upon, especially by those of us who are getting older. If you don't use it, you lose it, goes the old saying, and I see the wisdom in those words, and the words of Vidya, now that I am older.

My daughter believes healthy foods are the Gods.
In our business Food is priority number one, freedom 2nd and affordable housing 3rd.

Many of these guildlines sounds similar to the Harvard study that can save 15 years of a person life expectancy

        Hi Castlepaloma,
Your daughter is absolutely correct. Food is important and so is freedom and affordable housing. Those who have it usually take it for granted. So many struggle for basic amenities and many lives could be saved if they could get them. My heart goes out to them. Have a great day and weekend, stay blessed.

Lots of great advice and very helpful. Training the mind is what I need to pay attention to. That will help me be consistent. Thanks, to the writer and the promoter.
