Chitrangada gives us two wonderful poems that meet the prompt "beginnings" perfectly, I love the quotes as well.

What an apt thing to reflect on at this time of year. I can relate to this as I go around my garden and see new growth. It is very consoling how life goes on.

Chitrangada creates her version of "beginnings" through a series of haikus that talk about nature, from the sun shining on a new day to the farmers welcoming fresh blossoms and seedlings to fresh flowers blooming. She ends her fantastic work with some thought-provoking quotes from greats like Seneca and Plato. Thanks, Chitrangada, for writing such a beautiful response to Brenda's prompt.

    Thanks John for sharing.

    Chitrangada...
I did this on Tuesday at 12:15 pm., but I have no idea why it's not showing.

    Here's my response.

    Chitrangada
In your article, "Beginnings and Hopes: Poem and Quotes" I love the idea of new beginnings happening with the sun.

For each new day we get another chance to start anew.

Your pictures & Haikus show beginnings quite well.

We do have new hopes with each morning sunrise.

The farmer's definitely delight when they see those crops popping up.

The Blossoms, breeze, butterflies and birds, always brings us hope.

    My favorite quote
Every moment is a fresh beginning.”—T S Eliot

      My Best Wishes to you.

Great work on the word prompt beginnings. I especially loved the one for the farmers. Your images work perfectly for the haikus and overall, for the article. I also clicked into your previous poem about beginning a new year. Excellent and smart, as you have created an evergreen New Year's gift for readers.

I love how you associate beginnings with the morning sun, symbolizing new opportunities and a fresh start. Life is indeed a mix of challenges and joys, but adopting a positive approach can help us navigate through the ups and downs. Your haikus beautifully capture the essence of beginnings, highlighting the rejuvenation of nature and the hope it brings. The images you've shared complement the poetic imagery.
