I just stopped for my craving of fat - my Fritos but the bag contained 4 servings! No wonder I am breaking my diet. Yet, that was the smallest bag at the gas station.
I need to buy 3-4 bags packaged correctly - 1 serving per bag.
Am I the only one without self- control?
Is this silly?
Unfortunately, smaller bags is just more wasteful packaging that ends up in a landfill site. They're also more expensive than a larger package.
What you should do is buy a bigger package, and empty smaller quantities into small, re-usable zip-loc bags, and hide the other bags away somewhere.
Of course, the real solution is to eat fewer snacks, and reach for something nourishing more often. Self-control can be done..you have to really want to though.
