Never forget to blink your eyes often, make it a habit.
Get up and walk when you click on something and you are waiting for it to load.
Have a huge bottle of water, not junk food by your side.
If you have a deadline to cacth up and don't have time for lunch, snack on fresh veggies, fruits, nuts.
A comfortable chair and good posture is a must.
When you read long text move your arms in upward and downward to relax your shoulder and arms.
