Now a days people prefer to eat junk food and avoid to eat fruit and vegetable as a result Their digestive system become weak and they have to suffer problems like constipation and if it will remain continue then ultimately has to face problems like piles etc.
In such situation try to eat more vegetables and fruits also try oats ( cereal grain) in morning it will be very beneficial as it contain more fiber...... Its my personal experience .

Why some of my hubs have very good traffic but very few commentsfor instance this hub http://hub.me/aa90c have very good traffic on daily basis but there are very few comments from the reader. Is there a possibility that I have done some thing wrong in the setting of this hub.
