    Lots of vegetables and fruits, beans and whole grains. Daily recommended intake for fruits and vegetables is 5 to 9 servings. If you include that amount in your diet, you'll be assured of enough fiber and other nutrients in your diet.

    Including fiber in your diet is very important as it has got lots of benefits.
    Here is the list of foods loaded with fiber:
    1)Whole Grains
    2)Oats
    3)Beans
    4)All fruits
    5)All vegetables

    Try in include them in your daily diet to get maximum benefits.

    Vegetables and fruits will do! They're excellent source of fiber. Remember to drink lots of water as too much fiber with lack of liquid may cause constipation.
