How many of you suffer from insomnia? I know I go without sleep quite a bit!

If you do suffer from this, what do you do to get by?

And does it effect your quality of life? How long have you had it? Does it come and go? Or is it continuous?

There is an over-the-counter item called melatonin.

      It seems to work.

A side note: doubling the dosage does not double the desired effect, so don’t do that.smile

Ashwaganda (Winter Cherry) is an excellent herb for inducing deep sleep. It nourishes the nervous system, acts as a tonic and helps the body to handle stress. It always helps me when I get those sleepless nights.
