I can sleep well. If I cannot sleep sometime, then i started do one of my personal work and i get sleep automatically.
Yes . . . yet is not always. Only sometimes and cyclic with the seasons it seems. I don't live far from a main thoroughfare with traffic coming and going into town. I like the window open and those sounds of passing cars seems to make a difference. White sound and all that stuff. Plus, less traffic I can fall asleep with the songs of the crickets more easily.
Yes I have lifelong insomnia, from infancy on. I am 57 and it's as bad as ever. SIGH
