What is the best exercise to help reduce shoulder pain due to working on the computer?I spend quite allot of time on my computer and even though I follow the recommended posture etc, I still experience stiffness in my shoulders and pain. Any recommendations on how to overcome this problem?

Chronic Neck Pain-Headaches-Shoulder Pain???What could cause the neck to hurt BADLY for years, on and off? When I have this neck pain, I get horrible head aches, shoulder pain, dizziness, light headedness, short of breath, and so very very tired. I've had x-rays and CAT scans... Even blood work....
