I eat something small like a few berries when I wake up, go run, then have an egg sandwich on the way to work.

For lunch I commonly have yogurt, peanut butter and banana sandwich and an apple.

For dinner I typically have something like chicken and broccoli.

Breakfast is the meal that stays the most consistent, lunch and dinner may vary depending on what's available

it really depends on what you have. For sweeter options, I may go with strawberries, cherries, or grapes. I try to eat something that's going to give me enough energy to run, but not be enough to slow me down

I eat a piece of fruit for breakfast, yogurt or more fruit for brunch, half a sandwich at lunch, a candy bar mid afternoon and a full meal at dinnertime. On an average day.

Generally for breakfast I eat plain, 2% milkfat yogurt with granola and whatever fruit I have in the fridge.

Lunch is usually either miso soup I made the night before or a veggie burger with some vegetable side.

Dinner is normally chicken or tofu with steamed veggies.

During the school year, dinner was always veggie stir-fry. Always. Easy to make and very healthy.
