You are what you are and be happy

    We have to come to terms that we are what we create ourselves to be. Once we have come to terms with this, then and then only can we begin to focus and realize that we need to achieve to be happy.

    I am overweight but instead of thinking about it constantly I told myself to start easy with walks n ease my diet. I am getting there now! Lost 1 kg in a month! So yea.....it's about acceptance.

    I couldn't agree more.  Many of our problems in life are created because we cannot accept who we are.  Whether it be because of our size, our income etc.  We make a mistake by comparing ourselves to others.  We are all individuals and should rejoice in this fact.  We punish ourselves too much, and what does it really matter at the end of the day?  We are all here for such a short time, so it really is time we accepted ourselves for who we are, before we aren't here anymore.
