Walk...regardless what your gender and age is...
Walk...regardless what your gender and age is...

If you were asked to name out the excuses for not exercising…what would it be?

Wait, let me make a guess...

Busy?! Lazy?! Or...

Well, that’s really enough for the reason...Yet, people tend to hide the real reason always but expose the false.Yes, they will definitely trying to say they are that busy, but never mention that they are lazy even if they are just so free.

However, the truth is...are we really that busy? Well, we all know the answer, huh?

As we have already known how the importance of an exercise is, regardless what the reason would be, trust me, just make yourself move, it will definitely give you bunch of benefits that you wouldn't have known or you are not aware of. Well, unless your physical situation just not allowed you to do so or you seem really don't have any interest on exercise, please, please walk, at least.

Yes, your hear it right, please walk!

Walk away your body fat, walk away your stress, walk away your down mood, walk away all those unhealthiness, and you’ll be so surprising and amazing enough to find out you are benefiting from it when it has changed your physical well being unknowingly. You would also be so amazed that it actually has improved your heart rate and blood circulation as well when you consistently enjoy your walking.

If the benefits mentioned still not enough to convince you, let’s further some extra benefits here then that can be gained from walking.

Controlling Your Weight

I wonder if this is the first ever benefit that would interest you the most and would make you consider to get yourself move may be. I mean...walking.

Still remember what I had mentioned? Yes, that's right, walk away your body fat! Work one hour walks into your “busy” lifestyle, do believe me, a moderate pace for half an hour to one hour burns the stored and unwanted fat of your body, and it builds your muscle which do the job to speed up your metabolism in the same time and hey, you know this fact for sure right? That's when your metabolism increases, the chances of losing weight do increase too.

Lower your blood pressure as it improves cardiovascular health and makes your heart stronger
Lower your blood pressure as it improves cardiovascular health and makes your heart stronger

Lower Your Blood Pressure

Well, people with blood pressure readings at or higher than 140/90 mmHg are considered to have high blood pressure, and this would put them in high risk as no one knows when and how the high blood pressure would attack them secretly in their daily life. With such reason then, in most cases, medication is then being prescribed so as to lower down their blood pressure.

Although the causes of blood pressure may vary, those who diagnose with it are always being advised for the precautions in both diet or lifestyle as well as exercise. A very good news to those who doesn't quite love to exercise and move, a moderate walking could help to lower the blood pressure too as it improves cardiovascular health and makes the heart stronger, and since the heart can be much stronger, it pumps more blood with less effort, this means less pressure on the walls of the arteries as blood flows from the heart to your tissues.

Well, it makes sense, doesn't it?

Anti Aging

I wonder the benefits above did attract you? Or...it didn't seem quite convince you yet?

Okay, think about this then...how about anti-aging?

Well, interested in this?

As we know walking is a cardiovascular exercise, so it can get our heart rate up, reduce the cholesterol and increase our overall health by boosting our circulation, keeping us then in high spirit and energetic, what's that going to do with anti-aging you might ask huh, well, when we feel better and happier, we look and feel good and younger.

Sounds logically, right?

Good For Our Brain

Yes, it does keep our brain sharp as well.

As we walking, oxygen is being sent to our brain, and we all know that the more oxygen that is present, the sharper our mind will be, and thus it helps our brain stay alert especially when we grow older.

Could this be another benefit for you to consider start walking? I bet you agree that if walking could improve our brain health and improve our thinking and memory, well, why not?

Strengthen Your Heart Health

Again, I have just mentioned that since walking is one of the cardiovascular exercise, so as you walk, you would start feel the different, you will not only find your cardiovascular function improves, which then can reduce the possibility of a heart attack, but in the mean time, you will feel yourself much fitter, much healthier and much stronger…

Would this be one of the huge benefits of walking for you?

Improves Your Fitness

Well, I am hooked with this, frankly.

This is one of the reasons I am being "encouraged" to walking. Don't get me wrong, I am not the lazy bum, just that I am more attracted to the intensive exercises and dancing with the music...

However, the fact is, walking too could significantly increase our cardiac-respiratory fitness. Swing your arms as you walk, and you will find the improvement on your circulation and breathing, you will find your fitness and ability to carry out the daily activities.

Does this sound great enough for you to be hooked in walking as well?

So, if you are convinced from the above mentioned, lace up your shoes and start walking then.

Walk for your health to a healthier you and walk for your precious memory to a happier you.

Do you enjoy walking to your health?
