Quick easy Fruit Mince Pies

Be a little creative and make your own pies this year. You can make them several weeks before Christmas and put in freezer until needed. I find the bought ones too rich for me

Fruit Mince Pies

Ingredients

• 1 jar fruit Mince
• 1 pkt short crust pastry
• 1 Apple grated

Method

Add grated apple into fruit and mix

Roll out pastry, and cut out rings make bottoms bigger than tops

Place in cup cake trays add spoonful Mince

Put tops on and brush with egg.

Place in oven 15 minutes depending on heat of oven.
