I am going to have a birthday soon. This is the first year that I am not too happy about
getting a year older. I have chosen a vanilla cake with vanilla icing and pineapple for
the topping. I am not sure what to wish for. I blew out my candles other years after making a wish.
And sometimes the wish doesn't come true. I would like to hear if you are having a birthday coming

Since a "Leap year" comes but once every 4 years, and leap year day falls on FEBRUARY 29th. of the leap year, does this mean that any person born on the 29th of FEBRUARY, only gets a birthday every 4 years?
