Celebrating your birthday

    Since a "Leap year" comes but once every 4 years, and leap year day falls on FEBRUARY 29th. of the leap year, does this mean that any person born on the 29th of FEBRUARY, only gets a birthday every 4 years?

    hey Dave, is this an announcement of your birthday, if so "Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you..."  If not, then the one whose birthday falls on the 29th of February has a choice. They can either set their birthday back one day to the 28th or move it up a day to March 1st, their choice.  This is the legal way to do it in the US, and I assume that's universal...
