Your question doesn't make much sense, because it combines two completely different theories about where we came from. The first one is the scientific theory of evolution, which states that we have evolved from something else (apes for example). The second one is the religious teachings (Christianity in this case) that God created the human race and the first two people were Adam and Eve.
No one can answer your question because it combines the two completely opposite theories.
I personally do not believe in evolution so for me to say that Adam and Eve were is going against what my God Creation beliefs are. I take the stand on creation vs. evolution, so I guess its a matter of what you believe in order to answer your question properly.
actually both questions about apes/evol and Adam-Eve/creation are in the same category...they are both historical questions that cannot be proven by empirical means...both concepts evolve from the assumptions the researcher begins with...both express faith in the assumptions as being correct...
Well, if you accept Adam and Eve as the first people, then you must believe that they were created by god, not evolved from apes. If you accept evolution, then there was no Adam/Eve as the bible reads. Yes, there was a first homo sapien male and female, who evolved from an primate ancestor millions of years ago.
There is a school of thought, the intelligent design idea, that god used evolution to bring forth man, but of course that has no basis in biblical scholarship, and is really just intended as a compromise.
I believe that we evolved and that there was no Adam and Eve, because if you really think about it Adam and Eve where the only people at the time so they made a couple of babies well if there were no other people except for Adam and Eve and their babies, then their babies would have had to "mate" with each other inorder to keep the human race alive and well you can see just how gross that thought is...so evolution seems to be the correct way to becasue another issue is that you wouldnt have different races or nationalitys if there were only 2 people who started on earth.

Why are there so many different races if we all came from adam and eve? Does it support evolution that we changed to different faces and colors and body types because we were exposed to different conditions that made our body adapt? If not then pls. explain.

If man has evolved from the monkeys or Apes, then why are they still around?

Let's see, mmm, this "god" thing created Adam:"And The Lord God formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living being." (Genesis 2:7)."The Lord God said, "It is not good for the man to be all alone."...
