   The last couple of years I have used Family Fun Halloween Costumes. We made the Little Miss Mouse Costume last year. They are easy to make and not real costly to get the materials. I do not sew, so this is a great site for me. Just search for Family Fun Halloween costumes, it takes you right there. They have all kinds of cute costumes for toddlers.

   I love things that are "scary" like tigers or vampires (because toddlers are SO not scary), or insanely cute, like fruits or vegetables. 
   
   You might also consider that toddlers like to be dressed in occupational costumes (veterinarian, builder, race-car driver).  They love dress-up!

   I personally like Angel or Minnie Mouse for a toddler girl and dracula for a little boy.  It's so cute when a little itty bitty thing tries to dress up like something scary!

   When they're little- 2 and younger, they are cute as butterflies or pumpkins. When they reach 3 and older, it's fun to let them decide on their costume and many have a favorite movie or tv character or hero. My daughter is 3 and going as Cinderella. I was the mother who swore my daughter wouldn't be a "princess", but it is her idea and Halloween only happens once a year. Might as well let her eat some candy too. What the heck!

   My favorites are a pirate, a little lion or a lobster in a pot Babies/Toddlers are super cute no matter what, so you'll for sure find something that works.
